Together with Handsome Cycles, the Minneapolis Institute of Art is excited to announce a partnership that merges art and bikes!
Launching at the museum’s popular Bike Night event on July 16, 2015, three custom bikes inspired by works of art from Mia’s permanent collection, including paintings by Claude Monet and Frank Stella, and the 1948 Tatra T87 sedan, were unveiled. The artful bikes were created in celebration of the museum’s Birthday Year. Additionally, the two Minnesota brands will offer an exclusive line of Mia bikes available for purchase through the Store at Mia and Handsome Cycles’ website.
