Climate Hack Twin Cities

This event is one in a series of pop-up happenings at the MIA produced by participants of <a href="http://www.artsjournal.com/speaker/2014/07/announcing-hothouse-exploring-new-ideas-in-co-working-with-the-minneapolis-institute-of-arts/" target="_blank">HotHouse at MIA</a>. 
Join Open Twin Cities for a four-hour introduction to civic hacking for non-hackers, with a focus on environmental and climate issues. We&#8217;ll bring together environmental folks with civic technologists, and look for ways for these groups to work together in the future.
Also, take a tour of the <a href="http://new.artsmia.org/exhibition/the-nature-of-nature/" target="_blank">&#8220;The Nature of Nature&#8221;</a> exhibition, find out what a hackathon is, and get details on how to prepare data so technologists can use it.
