Reopening the African Galleries: A 360-degree Experience

For the past 10 months, the African art galleries at the MIA have been boarded up, under wraps, cocooned. They have been transformed. This month, they reopen as an immersive experience, featuring cutting-edge interactive technologies and an open layout for 360-degree viewing—a fresh approach to galleries at the museum and a new way of seeing and understanding African art. Come see for yourself at the grand opening.
