Come talk to a Finnish city planner about how modern living and nature come together. Leo Kosonen helped design new areas of the city of Kuopio, Finland, sister city to Minneapolis. One of his most elegant projects, the Saaristokatu, or Archipelago Avenue, is featured in the exhibition Finland: Designed Environments. At 2 p.m., he will have an informal discussion with exhibition curator Jennifer Komar Olivarez in the seating area in front of the exhibition. This program is part of FinnFest USA 2014.
