Get the inside scoop on a lifetime of collecting and giving from Martin Weinstein, joined in a freewheeling conversation by curator David Little.

On view through August 31, 31 Years: Gifts from Martin Weinstein celebrates the depth and quality of Weinstein’s decades of art giving and includes a who’s who in the history of photography. Together, these pictures highlight many stories—personal, institutional, and historic—that will infuse this talk. Book signing to follow.

Martin Weinstein, a former trial attorney turned photography connoisseur, has given more than 500 photographs to the MIA, in addition to numerous prints, paintings, and sculptures. David E. Little, PhD, is head of the Department of Photography & New Media.
