Sketching in the Galleries: Drawing Native American Art

The variety of Native American visual expression is large and impressive. Concentrating on works from the museum’s permanent collection, we’ll explore and draw the various visual characteristics found in these works. Class discussion will focus on the process of blocking in a form through identifying its underlying geometric shape.
