Youth Class: Sketch in Style (Ages 14-17)

Leonardo da Vinci thought through his ideas on the pages of his sketchbook. Look at the artist’s work in the “<a href="http://new.artsmia.org/exhibition/leonardo-da-vinci-the-codex-leicester-and-the-creative-mind/" target="_blank">Leonardo da Vinci, the Codex Leicester, and the Creative Mind</a>” exhibition. Then make your sketchbook your best friend, totally unique just to you. Develop your own sketching, note-taking, and documentation style. Fill two sketchbooks over the course of one week, one manufactured and one handmade! Plus, meet Kurt Nordwall in our Registration department and see how he used his sketchbook to create a marvelous framing machine!
