MAEP

The Minnesota Artists Exhibition Program (MAEP) is a program at Mia dedicated to supporting artists living and working in the state. Founded in 1975 as a partnership between the museum and regional artists, the MAEP reflects a unique, ongoing relationship that has spanned 50 years.

Today, Mia engages regional artists through a range of opportunities, including programs, workshops, and the MAEP Exhibition Series, which is juried by five Minnesota-based artists. These initiatives are designed to support artists across all career stages.

Drawing on five decades of experience, the MAEP continues to evolve, providing a responsive platform that meets the needs of Minnesota’s diverse arts communities now and into the future.

Stay up to date on all of Mia’s current opportunities for artists. Join our quarterly e-newsletter, MAEP Quarterly. Email us to subscribe.

Support for the MAEP is provided by RBC Wealth Management.
