Third Thursday: Women Artists

On the third Thursday of every month, join us to experience Mia’s diverse art collection with unique programs, drinks, and live music. Third Thursday events are FREE and open to the public.

This March, join Mia in a celebration of women in art and music. Experience pop-up performances throughout the museum by Monica LaPlante and Nyasia. DJ Rowsheen will also be spinning some tunes. Learn the basics of stop motion animation and bring objects to life with Chamindika Wanduragala and connect with Jayanthi Kyle about vocal Exercises and owning the power of your voice. Tour the galleries for music-inspired artworks and women artists in Mia’s collection.
