Virtual Family Day: Open Books, Open Hearts

Celebrate National Book Lovers Day on August 9th by joining virtual Family Day: Open Books Open Hearts. Fall in love with books of all kinds listening to stories by local authors and artists, making your own book and printmaking, and watching a virtual puppet show featuring a huge pop up book!

Want to make your own book and stamps? Come by the Mia 3rd Ave entrance the week of Family Day during the following hours to pick up a free Family Day Art Kit. Please practice social distancing and wear a mask. 

  • 3-5PM Thursday August 6th and Friday August 7th
  • 10AM-Noon Saturday August 8th and Sunday August 9th.
