Interim Covid Strategic Plan
Mia’s 2021 Strategic Plan, Mia 2021, was designed in 2016 to guide Mia through the end of 2021 and was dedicated to building audience loyalty and operational resources through deepening relationships, engaging communities, and fueling curiosity. Although the core principles of Mia 2021 continued to guide the museum, the circumstances created by the Covid-19 pandemic required an immediate response. Mia needed an interim plan.
Mia’s Endurance Plan was developed to address the challenges of the pandemic and provide an agile set of responses and tactics for the museum.

2012–2016 Strategic Plan
