Scheduling Appointments

Research Appointments

Please contact the study center at least two weeks in advance to schedule an appointment. Be as specific as possible with your request. Standard appointments are for one hour unless otherwise arranged.

Class Visits

Instructors should contact the study center at least four weeks in advance to arrange a group visit. Class visits are typically limited to 15 students, with a maximum of 10–15 (depending on the size of artwork) works available for viewing. If you have a larger class, we can accommodate by dividing students into two groups.

You can schedule appointments using our online appointment form.

Location

We are located on the first floor of the Target Atrium. You can find detailed directions on our Photography Study Room map.

Selecting Collection Objects for Viewing

You may request up to 20 collection objects for your appointment. To help you choose, you can view our collection online.

When completing the online appointment form, please provide the title, artist, and accession number for each work requested.
