Maxwell Anderson, chairman emeritus of Global Cultural Districts Network (GCDN), is fascinated by the phenomenon of using the arts to connect cultures. GCDN is a federation of global centers of arts and culture, fostering cooperation and knowledge sharing among cultural leaders across the world to ensure the vitality of 21st-century cities. Anderson will discuss how the GCDN seeks to bridge the social impact and concerns of these enormous investments to improve the experiences of art patrons around the world.
