Fulton Beer was founded by four homebrewers in a Southwest Minneapolis garage in 2009. Since then, Fulton has become one of the fastest growing breweries in the Midwest. In 2012, Fulton opened the first taproom in Minneapolis, and commissioned its second brewery in 2014, a 51,000 square foot facility in Northeast Minneapolis.

Bittercube was founded in 2009 by Nicholas Kosevich and Ira Koplowitz who began formulating the lineup of 8 varietals of hand-crafted bitters made from naturally-sourced ingredients. Bittercube also consults with a number of restaurants and bars throughout the country. In 2009, they also opened Eat Street Social, which has been lauded as one of the top cocktail bars in the country.
