Mia + Epimonia featuring Denimani: One World

In recognition of June as Refugee Awareness Month, Mia is partnering with Minneapolis-based fashion brand Epimonia and artist Denimani for an immersive pop-up that shares refugee stories. Epimonia uses recycled life jackets that refugees wear crossing the Mediterranean Sea and creates accessories and apparel while Denimani is a visual artist and fashion brand that draws from the human experience. Both draw on their own refugee experiences to tell a story about migration and identity.

Epimonia and Denimani will donate the proceeds from the sales of their products to the Karen Organization of Minnesota, an organization on a mission to enhance the quality of life for all refugees from Burma in Minnesota.
