Freedom to Adorn

Presented in conjunction with “Paris Couture,” Freedom to Adorn is a daylong program curated by Womxn in Windows that explores fashion as a language of identity, authorship, and self-determination. Through film, conversation, and critical reflection, this event considers who gets to participate in fashion’s mythology, how clothing shapes the way we are seen, and how adornment can become a form of cultural and personal freedom.

Join artists, filmmakers, designers, archivists, performers, and cultural thinkers to reexamine couture beyond luxury. The day invites you to consider fashion as autobiography, memory, creative expression, and a powerful way of shaping how we see ourselves and one another.

A full list of speakers and films is coming soon.

Free tickets are available October 21.
