Friends Spring Luncheon

Join us for the Friends Spring Luncheon on Thursday, May 14, 2026, following Max Bryant’s lecture.

Lunch features a chicken breast stuffed with spinach, onion, sundried tomatoes, red peppers, and mozzarella and feta cheeses, topped with red pepper pesto and served with roasted fingerling potatoes, asparagus, and bread. The vegetarian option is moussaka, a Greek casserole of layered eggplant, potato, tomato, and zucchini, topped with a Bechamel sauce, and served with asparagus and bread. Both options include a dessert of angel food cake with lemon whipped cream and berries.

Tickets are $45 and go on sale April 15. You can purchase tickets through May 4, 2026, or until the event reaches capacity.
