Hugo Chapman: Mummies, Marbles & Medals: Why the British Museum Has a Prints & Drawings Collection

Hugo Chapman has acted as “keeper” of the prints and drawing collection at the British Museum since 2011, a role that involves overseeing a vast and integral part of this great institution. Before joining the British Museum in 1995, Chapman worked in the Old Master Drawings Department of a London auction house.
