Traditional Anishinaabe apparel and beadwork artists Delina White, Lavender Hunt, and Sage Davis will present a modern collection of Native Woodland-style fashions for men and women, accompanied by a multimedia presentation that reveals historic to contemporary influences. See how these artists re-imagine tradition for the 21st-century connoisseur.
“I am Anishinaabe” is a Native American apparel and beaded accessories and jewelry design and artist team consisting of Delina White and her daughters, Lavender Hunt and Sage Davis. All are enrolled members of the Minnesota Chippewa Tribe, live on the Leech Lake Reservation, and have been making traditional beadwork since age 6.
