Maritime Heritage in Northern Cyprus

The Kyrenia Shipwreck Collection Restoration Program is an international effort to revitalize the care and management of the maritime heritage of Northern Cyprus, an irreplaceable example of seafaring on the Mediterranean Sea.

Matthew Harpster is assistant professor of archaeology and art history at Koç University, Istanbul, and teaching director of the Mustafa V. Koç Maritime Archaeology Research Center.
