Teen Workshop with Vanessa German

Meet Vanessa German, hear about her artwork, and join in a hands-on art-making workshop to create “contemporary power figures,” inspired by German’s work. Made of everyday objects transformed into an iconography of astonishing metaphors, German’s power figures are “alive by sight, and the adventure that sight incites in every piece.” Workshop is for artists ages 13–19 only. Limited to 20 participants. Lunch provided.
