Spend lots of quality gallery and studio time being inspired by one of the world?s most famous artists!

In the gallery:

Explore Matisse?s bold use of color and pattern on class visits to “Matisse: Masterworks from the Baltimore Museum of Art.”
Discover how other artists over the years have gone mad for Matisse.
Learn how Matisse overcame challenges and expressed himself in unique ways.

In the studio:

Put together color and pattern studies to inform your art.
Draw or paint in your own one-of-a-kind way, just as Matisse did.
Collaborate with classmates to create a three-dimensional setting that would meet with Matisse?s approval.
This three-session class meets March 8, March 15, and March 22.
