Through sculpture and assemblage, Lisa Bergh creates spaces for wonder and close exploration—a delightful treat in our hyper-fast, digital age. Her translucent, abstract artworks allude to fragmented maps of places, memories, and experiences, and to move among them is to negotiate our internal, emotional worlds. Bergh is an advocate of rural arts and is the co-founder and co-curator of The Traveling Museum, a mobile art lab. She lives in New London, Minnesota.
