The Job
In collaboration with and under the direction of the Head of Engagement Strategy, the Activation Specialist will be responsible for imagining, supporting, and the execution of Mia’s onsite content and events by collaborating with the team, engaging external partners, executing tasks, and ensuring deliverables and initiatives are delivered on schedule.
In this role, you will…
- Oversee execution of gateway events, making sure programmatic themes and elements are in line with strategic goals and initiatives.
- Design, implement, project manage, and measure influencer strategy to promote signature Mia events.
- Communicate with Engagement Strategy team, Front of House and key stakeholders about all events.
- Be an active part of the Engagement Strategy team.
- Work with travel and tourism agencies, employee clubs, and community organizations for potential marketing opportunities.
Specific Requirements
- Three to five years of experience in marketing and communications.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience delivering effective and innovative onsite campaigns.
- Ability to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
