Family Day: New Traditions

Join us at Mia for a full day of hands-on art making for the whole family! Celebrate <a href="https://new.artsmia.org/art-artists/explore/making-connections/art-by-women/">Women’s History Month</a> and explore works by women artists and change makers in Mia’s diverse and global collection. Consider art from a new perspective in “<a href="https://new.artsmia.org/exhibition/reimagining-native-american-art">Reimagining Native/American Art</a>,” on view now through May 27. Use watercolors and stencils to make your own Dakota constellation with artist Wóokiye Wiŋ, and experiment with your own mini comic with cartoonist Hawwa Youngmark. Plus, discover art from around the world on a gallery hunt of Mia’s vast collection.
