We offer free opportunities to engage with art through themed, public tours.

Guided Tours

Guided tours are offered Thursdays through Sundays from 1 to 2 p.m. Tours last approximately one hour and offer an engaging exploration of the month’s theme. Meet the Mia guide at the Information Bar in the lobby.

In-Gallery Conversations

In-Gallery Conversations are offered Thursdays through Sundays from 1 to 3 p.m. Pick up a map at the museum’s Info Desk upon arrival. The map includes pins to help you locate featured artworks throughout the museum. Mia guides are stationed in the galleries for two hours, inviting visitors to stop by, look closely, ask questions, and engage in meaningful conversations inspired by the featured artworks. Join the conversation at your own pace as you explore the museum.
