Creative Fuel: A Youth Summit Hosted @ Mia, is a free day-long event created by teens, for teens. Come with your own perspectives on contemporary issues, and we’ll dive-in together to explore everything from art to technology to social justice and much more. Partake in dialogues, workshops, art making, and to see how to creatively be a catalyst for collaborative problem-solving.

As a teaching artist specializing in social justice and theatre, Ashawnti has traveled the world building community and understanding between people from all backgrounds.
Ricardo Levins Morales
Ricardo creates visual art, writes and teaches in support of social justice movements. He was born in Puerto Rico and lives in Minneapolis.
H. Adam Harris
An actor, director, teaching artist, and cultural equity consultant. He works at the intersection of theatre, education, social justice, and community engagement.

Join artists Rebekah Crisanta de Ybarra and Xilam Balam to learn the basics of screen printing through a graphic print process and a punk style of screen printing.
